Fork That Future on NEAR

NEAR believes the future of AI should be open, participatory, and user-owned. To claim a leading voice in the AI conversation, NEAR needed a campaign that made people think. Instead of explaining everything, we narrowed our focus and chose to provoke. The result: a series of four deliberately offbeat vignettes — films designed to disarm and make audiences reconsider what’s at stake. "Fork that," a nod to the loaded idea of technology "forking," was the perfect assist — the setup that let us rally the community and frame the choices in front of developers building the future of AI. From giant forks to doll dupes to 'enter' buttons being replaced with "Fork that" NEAR builders picked up the mantra, carrying it with them to promote the tech and provoke conversation in a saturated AI market. These simple vignettes created a language to introduce 'the blockchain for AI' so that NEAR could refocus, recruit, and start a conversation.
